Baked Spicy Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

Potatoes 4 (medium same size)
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/3 tsp
Dhaniya powder 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Cornflour 2 tbs
Cooking oil 4 tsp

Method:

Wash the potatoes and pat dry. Cut into wedges with skin on. Do not cut the wedges too thick. Rub in all the ingredients on wedges. Line the wedges in baking dish on greased foil. Bake on 200 degree C or 390 degree F for 50 mins at least or until golden brown and crispy. Turn upside down once after 25 mins. Serve hot with any dip!

Tip:
U can also deep fry the wedges if you like. In that case use only a little oil just to stick the spices on the wedges.
