Cheese Stuffed Potato & Chicken Balls

Ingredients:

Boiled n mashed potatoes 4 cups
Boiled n shredded chicken 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Mozzarella cheese (cut into 1 inchΒ cubes) 2 cups

Method:

Mix all ingredients well leaving cheese cubes. Wet the palms of your hand a little and make a patty of the potato mixture. Place a cheese cube in middle of the patty and with soft hands make a ball of the patty. Cheese should be covered by the potato mixture all around. Place the balls on a tray with plastic sheet and freeze. When firm store in freezer safe box or in a zip lock bag. When needed take out as many as u want. Dip in whisked egg then in plain flour and then again in egg and deep fry on medium heat until golden in colour. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
