Chicken Paratha Roll

For Paratha:
Plain flour 2 cups
Wheat flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Egg 1
Ghee 2 tsp
Water as needed

Knead all the ingredients together with water to make a soft dough. Leave for 2 hrs. Make medium size parathas. You can also make plain roti but parathas will taste better.

For Filling:

Chicken breast fillets 2 cut into strips
Tomato 1 medium chopped
Garlic 3 cloves
Yogurt 3 tbs
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Cooking oil 4 tbs

Marinate chicken strips with yogurt lemon juice and all seasoning. Heat up oil in a pan and saute the garlic then add chopped tomato and cook for 2 mins. Add the marinated chicken and cook on low heat until chicken is soft and all moisture is dried.

Honey mustard sauce:
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Ketchup 1/4 cup
Honey 2 tsp
Mustard paste or powder 1 tsp

Mix all above ingredients to make a uniform paste. Sauce is ready.

Finally assamble the rolls as in the picture. Put some honey mustard sauce on the paratha. Add sliced onions and tomatoes. Then add chicken and roll it up. Serve hot!
