Qeema Kachori

Things you need:
Readymade puff pastry sheets
Qeema for filling
Oil for frying

To make qeema:
Mutton qeema 1/2 kg
Cooking oil 2 Tbsp
Ginger n garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds (zeera) 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/3 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
Onion 1 small sliced
Green chillies cut in small pieces 2-3
Cabbage shredded 1/2 cup
Fry qeema with spices on a low heat for about 30 min or until cooked. Add sliced onion, cabbage and green chillies at the end. Qeema is ready for filling.

To make kachori, cut pastry sheet in square , put prepared qeema in the center and pinch all corners on the top to give it a round kachori shape. Press gently to flatten a bit.Β Deep fry until golden brown.Β Serve with chutney of your choice.
